Return/Exchange

Only unworn products can be returned or exchanged. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

In case of an exchange of the products, the shipping cost to send the products you want to exchange to Old Skipper is paid by the customer. The shipping cost to send from Old Skipper to the customer is paid by Old Skipper.

Did you receive your order 30 days or less ago? Just fill in the order / return form and send it to the address below that applies to you.

Exchange your bracelet:
The fastest way to receive a different size or another bracelet is to send us an email or contact us on Whatsapp, Viber, Telegram on the contact details written at the end of these Terms and Conditions.

Return and receive a refund:
Please return your order within 30 days of delivery. You will receive your money back from us within 1 or 2 weeks. Please note: have you lost your order / return form? Please write your order number and name on a note. If you have purchased your bracelet from one of our retailers, we recommend going back to the retailer.
